- Payslips – latest three month’s payslips(Six months if allowances are paid)
- Letter from employer confirming terms of employment, anticipated retirement age, basic salary and allowances indicate the fixed and variable ones, date of employment/length of service and position held at company.
- Pin certificate
- Identification- National Id or Passport
- Twelve months statements for non customers
- Marriage certificate for joint applicants.
Professionals
- Regular income i.e consultancy fees, rental income
- Latest 3 years audited accounts
- Twelve months bank statements
- Professional licence and Registration certificate by the relevant professional board.
- Business Customers
- Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Ass., and Trading license.
- Audited accounts for the last 3 years (operated business for at least 4yrs)
- Account holder of Barclays
- Annual Tax return.
- Age 18 to 55 years
- Equity contribution of 20%
